The Indiana HomeTown Competitiveness Program is an exciting new tool that Indiana rural communities can use to accomplish their economic and community development goals. White County is one of nine communities across Indiana selected to pilot the Indiana HTC program. Indiana HTC is a partnership between the following agencies:
- Ball State University's "Building Better Communities" Program
- Indiana Grantmakers Alliance
- Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs
- Indiana Rural Development Council
- Purdue University's Center for Regional Development and Extension Services
- USDA - Rural Development
