Randy Mitchell has been a professional in the area of business/executive management for over 35 years. Mr. Mitchell's prior background includes managerial/executive positions within the manufacturing environment for major U.S. companies in the consumer electronics industry; namely, Zenith, RCA, and Philips North America. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Evansville.
Mr. Mitchell is looking forward to serving White County as the new President of the White County Economic Development Organization. "When we look at economic development, the engine that pushes us is growth, and all strategies should be directed towards that goal. Today, there is a tremendous amount of momentum within White County. I want to ensure that we sustain the businesses we have as well as attract new businesses that will fit into our overall economic strategy."

Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO)
After seventeen years in various engineering, marketing and business development positions in a manufacturing environment, Diane joined NIPSCO’s economic development department in 1998. As Economic Development Manager, Diane works closely with local, regional and state economic development professionals across NIPSCO’s service territory. She sits on several economic development related boards, including the Indiana Economic Development Association (IEDA) board of directors. Diane has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a EET degree from Purdue University North Central and a BSPE degree from Valparaiso University.
