Haygood hired as Digital Marketing Director

White County, IN. September 5, 2024 White County Tourism Board and White County EDC are happy to announce the hiring of Mr. Hunter Haygood as the new White County Tourism and Digital Marketing Director. 

Mr. Haygood is a 2016 Twin Lakes graduate and a 2021 Purdue University graduate with a degree in Theatre Management and Production Design. Hunter returns to White County after working in Chicago and Carmel and is very happy to be "Back Home"to help make a difference in his community.

Hunter was very involved in his community before moving away. Those activities included Interning with the City of Monticello during the summer of 2020 where he created the most recent version of the city'slogo. He also worked with SFLECC to help with their rebranding and marketing efforts, and their social media implementation.

As Tourism and Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Tourism Board and White County Economic Development Organization, he will be responsible for overseeing operations, maintaining website and social media pages, and creating and executing marketing strategies to stimulate economic development and promote tourism in White County.
